1-      Halia : 2 gram dose halia boleh mengurangkan  25% sakit2 badan selepas bersenam .. konon2 dari kajian University of Georgia..

2-      Cherry : Antioxidant-rich cherries stave off inflammation. When exercisers were given cherry juice before and after performing exercises that contract and lengthen muscle, they reported less pain. Post exercise soreness was shortened by a day..

3-      Coffee : minum secawan kopi membekalkan tenaga utk kita..saya dulu2 time konon2 muda2 suka minum kopi..terus bertenaga bekerja…hihihihhi… org ckap kopi tak bgus utk kesihatan.. so sya stop.. tapi ada kebaikan juga kopi nie.
